Postgres 的问题我也遇到了，不过不用把原来的数据库都删除掉只要执行下面的命令分别创建三个目录就可以正常使用了：

mkdir /usr/local/var/postgres/pg_tblspc
mkdir /usr/local/var/postgres/pg_twophase
mkdir /usr/local/var/postgres/pg_stat_tmp

原因是在升级系统的时候 Yosemite 把这几个目录忽略掉了。所以启动不起来，创建目录之后就可以正常启动了。
