Job Description
As a member of our web application development team, you will
-Build large-scale B2B web system using Ruby on Rails. -Operate the system, closely monitor the system with OPS team, adjust and optimize system to meet high SLA. -Design and build infrastructure to support application development. -Make day-to-day tech decision to grow our global business.
Qualification -2+ years web developerment exp, be picky and curious on web techniques. -Strong hands-on large-scale web-based application development experiences. -Experiences on building multi-tenancy systems would be a great PLUS! -Solid knowledge on Linux, network protocols, Ruby on Rails is a PLUS! -Fluent English in reading and writing. -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science related major.
哎，不是 211，也不是 985，哎，三本出来的，不知道在你们那里三本生是不是都连面试机会都没有啊。哎....哎。幸好我也是美资企业，目前是全球同行业第三（自封的，哈哈）。要不看了这个帖子，我估计会对人生绝望.......
回 1 楼，学校其实不重要，重要的是实力。如果你感觉自己的 RoR 水平属于 top 30% 的，就投简历吧。另外，我把帖子修改了，把 211,985 去掉了。
@tassandar 谢谢您的关注。我相信您未来肯定是一个很好的 RoR 人才。 但是目前估计经验少了点。 我们还是期望能招水平在市场上 top 30% 的人。
#7 楼 @isofttalent 赞一个，诚意十足，理由两点： 第一，这里大部分发招聘的猎头，发了贴后，人就不见了，估计是在家等收邮件。 第二，这里的猎头大部分都不会或者不愿意上传一个个性头像。
@abitno 好吧，我把英语的要求改一下。另外，职位的工作状况说得比较清晰了。。。还有就是包中餐的，零食饮料免费。做的项目是广告管理系统和财务系统的后台开发。是那种大数据量的系统。
@jayliud 那是因为您碰到的都是低端猎头。您不信就找我试试。我从不给候选人简历模版。我一般是期望候选人能对招人的公司的业务感兴趣，有意愿性。
