There no gem for Shoes right now.

Shoes is the best little GUI toolkit for Ruby. This gem is currently a placeholder until we properly gemfiy Shoes.

you can try Shoes by install Hackey(over Wall). Hackey is an interactive Ruby tutorial.

I thought this was pretty cool, so I wanted to share it.
