我计算过，8 小时工作制，6 小时已经是满产能的状况了，全天只编程，能够达到 8-10 小时，超过 10 小时，其中效率指数级别下降。

@linjunhalida 很多时候根本停不下来，全天连续编程 10 小时，连续 7 天这种情况不少。
