起因，不知道 reorder 这个 rails build-in 的方法。想了半天怎么把 default_scope 的结果重新排序，因为不能用 unscoped 粗暴的搞定，会打破关联。google 了一下，结果发现了 reorder

干脆做个 workflow 每天早上先读 1，2 个方法在开工吧
