在解决 Could not find a JavaScript runtime

运行 gem install execjs gem install therubyracer 遇到 Unable to resolve dependencies: therubyracer requires ref (>= 0) 这个错误提示，不知道是为什么

接着看到有人说 在 Gemfile 添加 gem 'therubyracer', :platforms => :ruby 可以解决 我在 Gemfile 添加了 gem 'therubyracer'，安装成功了。

但是我不明白，gem ,bundle 安装有区别吗？ 新手学习 ROR，大神多多指教。
