想知道使用 Rails 的公司有专门的运维人员吗？还是开发和运维都自己搞定呀。

#2 楼 @LinuxGit 不奇怪大公司最不缺的就是人了所以每个人只负责很小的一部分不会让开发人员做运维的工作的即使能够胜任也不会去做

It is basically unrelated. Any IT company or department should have sysop(s). It's just some can not afford one.
