2. Modify and expand Discourse core capabilities
3. Construct new community functions and business workflows
4. Connect third-party APIs and AI service interfaces
5. Optimize system performance and expand platform scalability
6. Diagnose and fix online production faults
7. Cross-team cooperation with product & community teams

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Solid Ruby on Rails development background
• Practical Discourse plugin development track record
• In-depth grasp of Discourse underlying architecture
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis
• Hands-on experience with Docker & Linux operation
• Skilled in Git and mainstream development processes
• Capable of reading English technical documents smoothly

Preferred Qualifications

• Operation experience of large-scale online communities
• Discourse Theme Components development experience
• Ember.js relevant knowledge
• Past integration work with AI/LLM APIs
• Open-source contribution history
• DevOps or cloud infrastructure experience
