新手问题更新至 RubyMine2018.2.2 版本，出现 GEM_HOME and/or GEM_PATH not set 问题

请教下，未更新前从未出现这种问题，刚刚更新最新版本的 RubyMine，每次运行都会出现以下问题，请大佬们指教！谢谢！
