不论是普通的 html select 组件，还是 select_tag 组件，都传不过去。
同样 name 的 text、text_area 都能传过去。奇怪了。
设为 permit! 后，select 组件数据还是传不过去。查看 log，发现还是在 permitted: false>区域里
