看 network 页，然后看失败的（红色字体的）请求的响应，然后再分析

失败的都是 public/assets 文件下编译好的 js 和 css 文件

这个很怪，每次启动服务后第一次运行系统都会出现这个情况，第一次运行成功之后后面再运行就很少出现了
