Processing by ApplicationController#no_route as PNG Processing by ApplicationController#no_route as JPEG Processing by ApplicationController#no_route as CSS 似乎不太懂事路径的问题还是路由的问题？？？ 求大神

应该不是 bug，看 config/environments/production.rb

# Disable serving static files from the `/public` folder by default since
# Apache or NGINX already handles this.
config.serve_static_files = ENV['RAILS_SERVE_STATIC_FILES'].present?
