Rails 有没有用 hawkhost 主机的，怎么安装 rails 源码？

完全的新手，粗略的看过一些教程，想把 rails 的程序安装在 hawkhost，然后一边学习一边修改调试。可是不知道 hawkhost 主机如何安装代码。

有知道的，能否告知一下？先谢过了。
