https://github.com/eddorre/SublimeERB 第三方的有了，名字叫 ERB Insert and Toggle Commands，另外一个 Simple Rails Navigator 的 Rails 插件也不错，推荐。

只要写代码超过二次以上重复，就自己定义一个 SNIPPET 吧。
