Can you build products that meet their expectations quickly and with a“can-do”attitude, then we are probably looking for you.Our infrastructure is built in Java and Ruby on Rails. If you have experience or are willing to learn more about Ruby we can work together.

岗位职责： Responsibilities:

• 软件结构设计和审查，开发和测试

• Performing software architectural design and review, development and testing

• 应用系统集成和系统实施，模型设计，应用调整和容量规划

• Performing the application systems integration and systems implementation, model design, application tuning and capacity planning

• 使用 Ruby on Rails 开发应用系统

• Developing the application systems in an Agile way using Ruby on Rails

岗位要求： Requirements：

• 中国大陆籍公民

• Native Chinese

• 至少 3 年的应用开发经验

• At least 3 years’ working experience on application development

• 至少在一种语言（Ruby/Java/Smalltalk）上有扎实的专业知识，如果没有 Ruby 的相关知识，公司可以提供培训

• Solid knowledge in at least one object oriented languages (Ruby, Java or Smalltalk). If no experience in Ruby the company will provide training.

• 在网络应用方面具备实施解决方案的良好经验

• Have good experience in implementing solutions on the web

• 面向对象的分析，设计和建模方面具备扎实的知识

• Extensive knowledge on OO Analysis, Design and modeling.

• 良好的沟通和需求分析技巧

• Excellent communication and requirement analysis skills

• 良好的英语书写及口语能力

• Proficient in spoken and written English
