Mac 方正宽带，帐号密码无误，总是提示 “鉴定失败”

小区用的是方正宽带，我插着网线，打开设置 - 网络 - 添加，然后选择 PPPoE，以太网，然后输入帐号密码点击连接，就提示鉴定失败，有同样是方正宽带的朋友吗？
