至少 3 年的应用开发经验

At least 3 years’ working experience on application development

至少在一种语言（Ruby/Java/Smalltalk）上有扎实的专业知识，如果没有 Ruby 的相关知识，公司可以提供培训

Solid knowledge in at least one object oriented languages (Ruby, Java or Smalltalk). If no experience in Ruby the company will provide training.

在网络应用方面具备实施解决方案的良好经验

Have good experience in implementing solutions on the web

面向对象的分析，设计和建模方面具备扎实的知识

Extensive knowledge on OO Analysis, Design and modeling.

良好的沟通和需求分析技巧

Excellent communication and requirement analysis skills

良好的英语书写及口语能力

Proficient in spoken and written English
