Rails windows 2008 下 rails 怎么安装成服务？
设置成自动启动不用每次敲 rails server
网上搜了一下需要用 mongrel_service 但是安装 mongrel_service 以后 用 mongrel_rails start 提示 `require': incompatible library version /ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/mongrel-1.1.5-x86-mingw32/lib/http11.so (LoadError) ruby 版本是 1.9.3 rails 版本是 3.2.13
