- 使用 Ruby 和 RoR 开发一个创新的 Web 应用，新应用将融入你的智慧和创意；
- 与商务运营团队一起讨论需求，帮助客户创建更好的平台；
- 关注代码质量，根据运营和客户反馈不断改进，让应用更稳定、易用。 需求：
- 至少 1 年以上 Ruby 开发经验，2 年以上软件开发经验；
- 熟练掌握 Ruby 和 Rails；
- 深入了解 MVC，充分理解 SOA，熟悉 REST、SOAP 等；
- 熟悉 Jquery、AJAX 以及常用的 SQL 系统 (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQLit3/other)；
- 熟练掌握至少一种 testing framework（Cucumber/Rspec/Test::Unit/other）；
- 因为与国外客户交流的需要，良好的英文读写能力是必备的。

#22 楼 @dreamrise 呵呵，这东西，不好说，我从来只当学习用用，里面的一些新思想和理念还不错。就做个 web 的话，一个毕业生做两个月 java 和 php 就弄得很好了，用 rails 折腾似乎必要性不大。我和@liuhui998 在麓谷这边，有时间聊聊。
