我升级到 10.9 后，xcode 仍为 4.6.2，经常出现下面这个问题

Couldn't register com.xxxxxxxxxxx with the bootstrap server. Error: unknown error code.
This generally means that another instance of this process was already running or is hung in the debugger.(lldb) 

以致应用无法在模拟器上运行，有找到一些解决的方法 http://stackoverflow.com/questions/788277/iphone-strange-error-when-testing-on-simulator 但仍旧还是会出现这个问题，在 10.8 的时候从未出现，做 IOS 开发的同学有遇到过么？
