去掉 module OneTest 后 include UserSession 就能正常访问了，这是为什么不能嵌套 module 吗？

是的，按照你的流程来已经解决了这个问题，是这个 openssl 证书的问题吗？
openssl version -a 查看证书是 OpenSSL 3.0.2 15 对比执行流程之前 openssl 没变，这是为什么呢？但是迁移问题解决了

改用 bootstrap.bundle.min.js 文件 取消 poper.js 的引用
1，下载 bootstrap.bundle.min.js 文件到 gems 的 boostarp4.6.2 文件 JavaScripts 里
2，修改对应的引入文件为 bootstrap.bundle.min.js
