关于在 railscasts 的 mongoid 介绍视频中看到的 references_many 和 referenced_in，我在 mongoid.org 上没有找到相关解释，难道是新版本改了语法？

知道 ruby 是在 06 年，但开始学习是因为看到华顺等 ruby 开发者时常出现在我常去的社区，并不断提起 rails，做为一个对 web 有浓厚兴趣的开发者，越来越觉得 python、ror 才是 web 开发的圣殿，一定要学习一下。

我有兴趣，关注解决办法。

悲剧了，换上 ubuntu server，用 root 用户，mongodb 也用的 deb 版安装，还是出同样的错误。。。 郁闷了。。

然后我运行了 mogngodb 和 redis 后，再运行 rake assets:precompile，还是出现同样的错误。。。
