1) At least 2 years of Ruby on Rail development experience 2) Experiences in social network web services 3) Good English communication skill

If you understand Responsive design, big plus.

If you understand Amazon EC2 and AWS etc cloud service big plus

if you understand Configuration Management big plus

If you understand Relational database and Amazon database service good

If you know what is full stack web developer mean that is also good.

If nothing else you need to have hands on ROR implementation experience ( more than 1 projects )
