新手问题 github 上 ruby-china 代码为什么找不到样式文件啊？

下载 github 上 ruby-china 的源码学习。启动 server 之后不知道为什么只能看到苍白的 html，没有任何的样式设置。貌似是 bootstrap 的文件 css 和 js 找不到。不知道这个需要做其他设置不？谢谢！

Bootstrap 的文件是在 Gem 里的 bootstrap-rails 这个里面

多谢华顺，我检查一下 Gemfile 里面和 rvm 下的 gems 里面 bootstrap 都在。是不是我这边的环境问题啊？Rails 3.2.7 , ruby 1.9.3.p194
