Ruby ruby 已换源为 ruby-china，为什么 rails new 还是用的 rubygems 呢

结果还是：
rails 用 bundler 来管理 Gems，所以还需要设置 bundler 的配置。
bundle config mirror.https://rubygems.org https://gems.ruby-china.com/
