Ruby 在 Macos13 版本中 Rails 无法以静默模式运行

如图所示，Rails 启动时不加-d可以正常运行，但添加-d参数后，进程就莫名的没有启动，有没有同僚遇到过类似的问题？

环境

MacOS 13.2.1
Ruby 2.7.5
rails 6.0.0
puma 3.11
