招聘 [OpenApply] Senior iOS Engineer
DESCRIPTION
OpenApply is a modern School Admissions Management System supporting every stage of the applicant journey from enquiry to enrolment. Our cloud-based interface works seamlessly across devices for both families and staff, streamlining the process and reducing stress. Today OpenApply supports over 600 schools in over 80 countries.
We are working on the first release of an iOS app. We invite Senior Developers to apply for our open R&D positions as we build our team capacity and expand into new projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the R&D team to build an OpenApply iOS app Collaborate with Back-end Developers, Product Owners and Designers to constantly improve the iOS app Maintain the app by fixing bugs, continuing to optimize performance, and ensuring it is always up to date with the latest security enhancements.
REQUIREMENTS
Prior Experience & Requirements
5+ years of experience with iOS mobile apps development; Experience shipping one or more iOS apps, ideally currently available in the App Store. Ability to build high-quality mobile user experiences from wireframes and visual designs which incorporate animations, video, etc.; Upper-intermediate English. Deep understanding of Javascript is a plus.
Future Milestones
Takes responsibility for committed deadlines & estimates. Supports production applications and performs L2-L3 levels of support. Successfully coordinates the team. Sharing knowledge about R&D processes and initiatives.
Capabilities & Character
Resolve escalated items from the application support team related to S1-S5 defects on production Resolve S1-S5 items on production according to SLA without regression, communicate appropriately while resolving. Implement quick wins and small feature requests according to severity and R&D priority. Ensure technical debt is tracked and estimated, escalated if it exceeds 4 man-weeks. Ensure that all in Faria align with latest R&D initiatives Internal team members meet their personal goals
