谢晗剑

秘猿科技创始人兼 CEO，Nervos Network 架构师，曾是以太坊 ( Ethereum ) 研究团队中唯一的中国成员，参与设计包括 Casper 及分片在内 Eth 2.0 核心组件。曾设计并领导开发了中国第一个开源高性能许可链 CITA。

张韧

秘猿首席科学家，毕业于鲁汶大学 COSIC 研究组，在国际顶级密码学及区块链会议上发表过多篇论文，曾在 Blockstream 与 Pieter Wuillie、Gregory Maxwell 共同工作。目前，张韧博士受邀担任信息安全四大顶会之一 NDSS 2021 和 2022 年审稿人，区块链领域顶级会议 FC 2021 和 2022 年审稿人。

肖雪洁

秘猿首席技术官，Ex-Googler，曾就读于美国雪城大学，2018 年加入秘猿后专注于 Nervos CKB VM 的研究和技术团队管理。

Senior Performance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop benchmarks/workloads to identify performance issues.
• Design and build automatic performance diagnosis & analysis tools.
• Implement or prototype optimization ideas.
• Research next generation architectures to improve the performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with performance diagnosis of large scale distributed systems.
• 5+ years experience in the software development field.
• Proficiency in at least one system language, including Rust, C/C++.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with open source projects.
• Experience in AAA game engines.
• Experience in Linux kernel development.
• Experience with eBPF is preferred.
• Maintainer of open source libraries in esoteric languages is preferred.

Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Explore ways to improve security, latency and performance of the CKB P2P network.
• Design and deploy large scale environments to study CKB network's behaviors.
• Improve CKB's network stack based on requirements of different running environments.
• Implement or prototype networking optimization ideas.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the software development field.
• Proficiency in at least one system language, including Rust, C/C++.
• Experience with large scale distributed system.
• Knowledge of modern performant, encrypted networking stack.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with open source projects.
• Experience in large scale distributed system.
• Experience in network protocol stack design.
• Maintainer of open source networking protocol libraries is preferred.

Senior Blockchain Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build layer 2 blockchain on top of Nervos CKB.
• Identify and debug performance issues to improve layer 2 blockchains.
• Explore new frontiers that can push the boundaries of the whole Nervos CKB ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in the software development field.
• Proficiency in at least one system language, including Rust, C/C++.
• Experience with high performance multi-threaded software systems.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Preferable Qualifications

• Experience working with open source projects.
• Experience in modern distributed systems is preferred.
• Experience working on Bitcoin or other permission-less blockchain.

Senior Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams to learn about latest advancements in the Nervos ecosystem.

• Work together with external teams to integrate actual dapps with protocols in the Nervos ecosystem.

• Build and demonstrate new inventions at different conferences and meetups.

Requirements

• 3 years experience in the software development field.
• Proficiency in at least one widely used language, e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, etc.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent English writing and speaking skill.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience communicating with clients is preferred.
• Experience working with blockchain related projects.
• Experience working with open source projects.

Senior Researcher

Responsibilities

• Extract meaningful research topics from the Nervos ecosystem.
• Deliver practical solutions to the extracted topics if they fall within the candidate's specialty, and publish papers at reputable venues.
• If the topic is outside the candidate's specialty, the candidate can lead collaboration with colleges/community experts and deliver practical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• The candidate holds a Ph.D. degree in Cryptography/Information Security/Applied Mathematics or related fields.
• The candidate has published papers at CORE A or A+ conferences.
• English as a working language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Engineering Experience.
• Familiar with Nervos.
