数据库的 id 过长，然后 where 查询报错如下 is out of range for ActiveModel::Type::Integer with limit 4

有遇到过这个问题的嘛。 数据库通过 migration 增加到 limit8，数据库的数据类型变成了 bigint。查询不报错的，但是查询出来的是空数据。
