Job Description

The full-stack developer position is a highly entrepreneurial role in which the candidate will have multiple opportunities to participate in the development and optimization of different lending products, collaborate with developers in different locations and work along with the management team to design the next-generation Westbon platform. You will work directly with core team members on a daily basis. You will also have high levels of exposure to the daily operation, platform development as well as other aspects of the business. Ideal candidate should be skilled full-stack developer, have years of development experience and possess strong entrepreneur spirit. Competent candidate will also be entitled to an attractive incentive stock option package.

Detailed duties include but not limited to the following

1.Develop and optimize the online current auto loan and personal loan product according to the needs of college students, especially international students. 2.Manage the communication with different vendors that provide IT-related services and the integration process of APIs. 3.Collaborate with other full stack engineering team members in the United States and China. 4.Participate in the design and development of Westbon’s next-generation mobile platform.

Job Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s or higher Degree from a top tier school with computer science/engineering background. 2.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. 3.Proficient in full-stack development (React/Vue + Python/Ruby). 4.Prior experience in architecting, building, launching and maintaining complex products. 5.Proficiency in Chinese a plus.

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，一流大学计算机科学/计算机工程专业。 2、较强的分析能力和人际交往能力。 3、精通全栈开发软件 (React/Vue + Python/Ruby)。 4、有设计、开发、和运维复杂产品的经验。 5、熟练使用英文者优先。
