We are presently seeking talented Rails, iOS & Front-end software engineers!
Senior Ruby on Rails Software Engineer Requirements: Core Skills • Able to use a Mac • Basic Photoshop knowledge • Communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) • Able to work efficiently by yourself and with a team of coworkers • Willingness to learn Basic Skills • 1+ years of Ruby on Rails experience (3.0+) • Database (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) • HTML/HAML, CSS/SCSS, Javascript/Coffeescript • Mobile and responsive website experience Bonus Skills • Knowledge of server deployment strategies (Capistrano, MINA) • Knowledge of at least one Javascript MVC framework (Angular JS, Ember.js, etc.) • Experience leading a small to medium size team of engineers Responsibilities: • The majority of your time will be spent coding • Mentoring Junior Software Engineers by providing advice and pair programming • Leading development of small to medium scale projects, providing architecture planning and analysis • Working with a Project Manager to provide estimates for client requested features • Reviewing code of Junior Developers before it is merged with the primary development branch Compensation: ≥ 10K per month
Senior iOS Software Engineer Requirements: Core Skills • Able to use a Mac • Basic Photoshop knowledge • Communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) • Able to work efficiently by yourself and with a team of coworkers • Willingness to learn Basic Skills • 1+ years of experience in iOS development Bonus skills • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and product design Responsibilities: • The majority of your time will be spent coding • Mentoring Junior Software Engineers by providing advice and pair programming • Leading development of small to medium scale projects, providing architecture planning and analysis • Working with a Project Manager to provide estimates for client requested features • Reviewing code of Junior Developers before it is merged with the primary development branch Compensation: ≥ 10K per month
Front-end Software Engineer Requirements: Basic Skills • HTML • CSS • Javascript • Basic Photoshop knowledge • Mobile and responsive website experience • Able to use a Mac • Communicate effectively in English (spoken & written) • Able to work efficiently by yourself and with a team of coworkers • Willingness to learn Bonus skills • Ruby on Rails experience (3.0+) • HAML • SCSS • Coffeescript • Twitter Bootstrap Responsibilities: • The majority of your time will be spent coding • Testing and documentation Compensation: ≥ 8K per month

- 目前肉身翻墙的仅限于老板本人，因为除上海总部外，其他各分部的成员以本地招募为主
- 2014 年 11 月 8 日上海纽约大学里举办的这一次。你可以关注他们的官方微博和微信（techyizu），上面应该会定期公布活动信息
我会告诉你们，CEO 不仅普通话杠杠滴，上海话也可以交流嘛！P.S, 老板是纯正的法国人！ 我还会告诉你们，COO 是可以讲一口京腔普通话的美国人，CTO 是用中文跟淘宝小二讨价还价的加拿大人嘛！ 所以不要因为语言的问题就退却，我们对于英语的要求并不是严格到雅思 7.5 神马的标准，基本交流无障碍即可，毕竟还有普通话很一般的外籍项目经理和完全不懂中文的客户呀！
#10 楼 @shangrenzhidao 谁不是呢，去年 8 月英国同事刚过来时，听他说话要带猜的，鸡同鸭讲是常事。慢慢他也发现我们听不清楚他说的，于是他会放慢语速、加强发音，我们自己也慢慢适应。一切都需要时间嘛，不要担心！技术差距的话，不是更加需要相互请教相互学些相互提高嘛，不要羞涩不要害怕，试试呗。最多我提醒面试官少虐虐你咯！
