1.前端工程师

--你需要具备-- *You're smart and passionate about technology. We work a lot with data, infrastructure, APIs, the Web and mobile, but we welcome all kind of profiles (one of us used to be a fireman). *You're at ease building interactive Web front-ends using HTML5, CSS and Javascript. Our team uses AngularJS, Grunt.js, bower and the latest tools. We're more than happy to teach you. *Bonus point if you've participated in Open Source projects.

--你的职责-- *Working with the product manager to design and implement UI and UX. *Experiment and investigate new technologies to find what works for our team. Ship code. That includes helping our team focusing on delivering and away from procrastinating. *Contribute to Open Source.

2.项目经理

You're comfortable fitting entire technical architectures in your head, you have a burning desire to see things done.

--你需要具备--

You would work with the development team and product manager to:

-Evaluate the scope of our projects, from requirements to timelines. -Contribute to building the technical architectures. -Provide technical recommendations. -Lead our technical sprints. -Challenge our team members on pretty much anything; technical decisions, priorities, direction... -Make sure we ship.

--你的职责--

-You're smart and eager to learn. -You have a genuine passion for technology. -You have serious technical chops. We do a lot of Javascript (node.js, AngularJS...) and Python, but are also using Erlang, Go, Ruby... You should be able to jump in the trenches. -You're comfortable confronting people's opinion and have a burning desire to get stuff done. -You have a sound understanding of how infrastructure works (we foster a DevOps mindset). -Fluent English speaker (bonus point if you speak and/or read Chinese). -Willing to be challenged and learn (which probably imply failing at first), -Bonus point if you've participated in Open Source projects. -Bonus point too if you're already familiar with front-end and back-end development (if not, we'll teach you).
