Our client is in need of an experienced lead/senior RoR developer to lead a growing team of developers to work on the development of interactive marketing solutions. Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working on a production Rails app required
• 5+ years of overall programming experience preferred
• Startup mentality
• JavaScript experience (JQuery)
• HTML/CSS
• Good working knowledge of relational databases
• Caching techniques at the object and page level
• Spoken and Written English required
• Short-term travel to San Francisco, US office may be required from time to time
