分享 qitlab 终于启动了，但启动太慢太慢，怎么回事

启动太慢，不知道是什么原因？

都是用的默认的，难道是用的 puma？原来的 nginx 是 passenger 改造过的从哪里看出来呢。

关键，我怎么看哪些文件或 log
