 5+ years shell scripting and tool development- Ruby preferred, Perl desirable. Experience with deployment and configuration automation - Puppet, Chef.  Experience with VM management tools - OpenStack, KVM preferable Experience with cloud VM management Network monitoring, sys automation, &Perf tuning.  At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with one of the programming languages (Ruby, Python, C, C++, Java, Python, PHP, and C #), and must have hands on experience on implementing large system based on Ruby or Python.  Deep and Broad Infrastructure Understanding Related to Virtualization encompassing systems and Cloud Computing Resources. And deep understanding of cloud-enabling technologies, such as orchestration software/API's (e.g. Cloudstack, OpenStack, enStratus, Cloud foundry etc.), prefer have the real world experience to take OpenStack from development to operations.  Familiar with Cloud Computing offerings such as Amazon Web Services EC2 and VPC, Windows Azure.
