看报错是缺少了对应的 template，应该跟浏览器无关吧？其他浏览器都正常？

其他浏览器都正常。按道理 account_controller.rb 注册用户对应 new_html.erb 模板。尝试新建了一个 create.html.erb,ie 就正常了。
