We are using Slack, Trello, GitHub, Qiita Team for development.

To advance development, we are using several analysis tools, and had interactions with users several times a week and are cooperating with usability investigation. All employees are developing the company's product

Our product is a language study application where native speakers teach their native language to each other. For example, if you post a question about Japanese, Japanese native users will answer and in return, you can teach your native language. It is actively exchanged in 110 languages such as Spanish and Korean as well as Chinese and English.

Our company develops and manages a Q & A platform specializing in languages and cultures around the world with a vision of "sharing knowledge and experience of native speakers all over the world".

Now, we deal with 110 languages worldwide and will continue to accelerate global expansion in the future! Funding was also completed in September 2018.

我打算先介绍一下我自己......

我是六年前来日本留学，现在在日本的一家人家介绍公司工作的猎头。之前对猎头这个行业完全是处于不了解的状态，只是觉得自己留着这么多年学可以用自己的经验帮助一些想要在日本工作的同胞。不过接触了这个行业之后，与其说是我帮助别人，更多的是我从这些人当中学到一些我完全不懂的东西。

其实一开始我接触的只是一般的职位案件，也就是说只要沟通能力可以，态度好，基本上案子都可以拿下来。但是当我开始接触了 IT 和一些高端职位的案件后，才发现自己的能力和专业的知识是有班门弄斧。

之前在知乎上看到一些有经验的人介绍了一些论坛，关于 IT 这方便，所以有幸成为这个网站的一员。我深信这个论坛一定有很多的大神，所以我加入到这里更多的是想学习更多的知识并且有机会可以认识更多的朋友。

接下来我想为大家介绍一下我现在的公司.....

我们公司的名字叫做 INNTEGRA，是四年前成立的一家外国人人才介绍公司。我们公司外国国籍的工作人员有 12 人，分别是中国，缅甸，越南，泰国，尼泊尔，意大利，德国，印度尼西亚蒙古。公司的平均年龄是 26 岁，所以说无论从公司年龄还是工作人员的年龄上来看，我们都还很年轻。所以在一些程度上来说，我们在很多地方也是不够成熟，也可以说在专业区域方面我们并不如很多的 IT 人才。但是我们的优点就是专业的态度和信誉的保证，并且也有着一颗积极向上的学习的心。
