来了东京快一个月了，终于见到了 Matz，心中那个激动哇！脸都红了。

下面是实时的演讲记录，排版不好，请见谅。回头再仔细整理。

不要向老大请求自己开发个语言或编译器，除非你已经做出来了。 Don't your boss permition until you succeed.
博客还是尽可能写长点，写的清楚点，最好对其他人有点用。吐槽什么还是用微博吧 Blog for messages > 140 characters
没有点子是没有价值的，但是在开发过程中添加新的功能可能会毁掉整个项目，一定要专注啊！ Any ideas has its value. But add ideas/features can ruin products

Design has philosophy. Philosophy Matters
眼界要高。要坚持，Matz 开发 ruby，也是一点点搞出来的。Rails 今年终于 10 岁了。 Have higher Viewpoint. Web: 5 + years. Frameworks: 10+ years.
要坚持自己的原则。 Ruby did not have CPan, Ruby has RubyGems
Ruby was slow when running. But Ruby is faster in developing. We always meet complaints. Most people just go away with complaints. Complaints tell us where to improve.
Freedom to execute. Freedoom to study. ... —— Richard Stallman Stallman is my hero. He changed the world. 吐槽 stallman 但喜欢 Matz 的筒子们，在见到 Matz 的时候得注意咯。
