#职位要求 (项目经理)

Responsible for leading the design, development, delivery and maintenance of software application.

薪资范围（根据能力以及工作年限) 工程师：基本月薪:8k - 14k，全年 13 薪，奖金另算，

iPad 下 Canvas 和 SVG 的比较

目前想在 iPad (iOS 6，7) 下实现一些比较炫的特效 (类似游戏的)，但是主要担心 HTML5 在 iPad 下的性能问题，所以目前在选型，犹豫到底是用 Canvas 还是 SVG，有经验的人来说说。

最近一直在为做 code review 的事情头大，目前的 team 没有用特定的 Code Review 工具，只是 story 管理用 Pivotal Tracker 集成 Github，在每个 story 里面点开对应的 git commit 的链接来 review 代码。

还是希望有一个专门的 CodeReview 工具来管理代码，大家都用些什么工具呢？

今天本来要去参加 Ruby China 上海的聚会，临时有事去不了了，所以在家里发个帖子弥补一下遗憾，这里本人分享一个最新版本的 bundler 的技巧，可以使 GEM 的安装速度大幅提升哦！！

确保你安装了 rvm，安装 prerelease 版本的 bundler，
```
$ gem install bundler --pre
```

设置并发 job 的数量，推荐以你的 cpu 内核数为准，我的 cpu 是 4 核，我就用 j4

$ rvm gemset use j4 --create
Using ruby-2.0.0-p247 with gemset j4
$ time bundle install -j4

试一下速度吧，不过另外有一点就是如果你的环境是 rbenv 的话就不知道怎么设置这个了

用 Ruby 做过贝叶斯分类或者 SVM 分类算法的大牛进来踩踩

想实现一个分类功能，目前可以选择的算法是贝叶斯分类 (Naive Bayesian classification) 或者支持向量机 (Support Vector Machines), 有做过的大牛吗？可以谈谈哪个方案准确度更高些，具体实现方法是什么吗？我自己也 research 了一些信息：国外的一些基于 Ruby 的实践： http://www.igvita.com/2008/01/07/support-vector-machines-svm-in-ruby/ http://www.igvita.com/2007/05/23/bayes-classification-in-ruby/
