我不是 HR，然而我们需要找尽量多的申请者。所以我想着在这也发个广告。对在全职工作里使用 Elixir 和 functional programming 感兴趣的话可以了解看看。几个要点：

我们新的项目 90% 以上都是纯 Elixir 和 Vue。Legacy projects 有一些 Ruby 和 Ember。
30 天（6 周）年假。
母公司是大型德国企业。一周 38.5 小时工作时间，绝不加班。

As a Full Stack Developer (m/f/d) you will be working within a very international team of about 30 engaged engineering peers.

About the role

We are building products for customers of Kloeckner as well as solving internal digitalization challenges
Together with your cross-functional team colleagues you are looking into complex and challenging problems within the steel and metals industry
We use a mix of Scrum, Kanban and common sense
You work together with your team and ensure high quality (via code reviews and merge requests)
You stay up to date with the latest technologies and validate their usage within our exisitng tech stack
You identify with our tech team values of Pragmatism, Teamwork, Playfulness and Trust

Your profile

You have working experience in developing complex platforms using Ruby/Elixir
You are willing to learn Ruby/Elixir or already know both languages

请教下大家都是如何做手机注册 authentication 的有好用的 gem 么。devise 等流行 gem 都是以邮箱中心，在国内似乎不合适

国内很多人觉得邮箱麻烦甚至不用邮箱，注册用户都使用手机 + 验证码的方式。正好对于我们要做的项目，用户手机也比邮箱适合。不过我搜索了一下，似乎现有的流行 authentication gem 都是以邮箱而不是手机作为中心，甚至包括 devise 这样的 gem 貌似必须要求在 sign_up 里面包括邮箱地址。对于发短信，我见到 https://github.com/saberma/china_sms 这样的 gem，但 authentication 本身这部分似乎还没有见到类似的。想请教下让用户用手机号码注册的各位，是如何建造 authentication 方案的。是纯自己写么，还是也会在比如 https://github.com/binarylogic/authlogic 的基础上来修改。

公司目前部署在 Heroku 上，接下来想要更照顾内地 traffic，考虑换服务器，求教建议

不好意思对内地这方面状况不熟，如果显得小白了请各位多多包涵。

公司在香港，用 Heroku 部署的 Rails。现在公司想要多照顾内地市场，考虑是否换服务器（Heroku 在内地基本不可用）。现在我们的想法基本如下：

有人建议说 LINODE（东京服务器）在内地用得流畅。不过我们有个 concern 就是 LINODE 似乎价格比较高？
DigitalOcean 在新加坡设了个 Data Center，价格也便宜。想请问一下各位 DigitalOcean 在内地的访问体验如何。我之前在 DigitalOcean 新加坡服务器上搭了一个 App，有身处内地的人说偶尔会连不上去。还有就是 DigitalOcean 似乎并没有像 Heroku 一样提供全方位的 add-on 支持？
老板觉得 IBM 的 Softlayer 在香港建了个 Data Center，也配套比较全面，似乎可以考虑。我对 Softlayer 不熟。不知道各位有没有经验可供借鉴。
Rackspace，也是在香港有 Data Center

想请问一下各位，内地 Rails 部署大家一般是怎么做的。有没有一种类似于 common practice 的东西。

还有一点，就是我们其实并不是很明白 Heroku 这些服务在香港用起来很流畅，在内地就很慢的原因。以及为何东京的 LINODE 就会明显快。纯粹是地理原因么，还是说内地的 routing 设置比较不同，还是说有其它方面。我们不敢确定是否换一个在香港/新加坡的服务器就可以带来明显的速度提升，还是说另有讲究。
